AdieuSounds.com - Sample Pack Terms of Use

Welcome to AdieuSounds.com! Before you use my sample packs, please carefully read and agree to the following terms. By downloading and using my sample packs, you are acknowledging and agreeing to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using my sample packs.

1. Grant of License:

AdieuSounds.com grants you a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the samples in your original music productions upon purchase and download of my sample packs, except for certain situations (see below)

2. Royalty-Free Usage:

The samples provided by AdieuSounds.com are 100% royalty-free for most uses. You are permitted to use the samples in your music projects, including commercial releases, beat sales, Spotify/Apple Music streams, etc without incurring additional royalty fees. Major label placements, streams over 2 million plays, and major sync placements must be cleared and royalties split.

3. Major Label Placements, 2+ Million Streams, and Major Sync Placements:

The royalty-free usage does not extend to major label placements. In the event that you secure a placement with a major record label, such as Universal Music Group, Sony Music Entertainment, Warner Music Group, or any other major label, you must enter into a separate licensing agreement with AdieuSounds.com for the use of my samples in that specific project and do royalty splits.

Any songs that reach over 2 million streams must also be cleared and royalties split.

Any major sync placements for TV or shows on major networks such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc must be cleared and royalties split.

4. Prohibited Uses:

• Reselling, distributing, or sharing my sample packs in their original or modified form is strictly prohibited.
• Any use of the samples that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of AdieuSounds.com or any third party is not allowed.
• The samples may not be used in projects that promote hate speech, violence, or any illegal activities.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property:

All samples provided by AdieuSounds.com are the exclusive property of AdieuSounds.com. Your use of the samples is licensed, not sold, granting you limited rights to use the samples in accordance with these terms.

6. Disclaimer:

AdieuSounds.com is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use or inability to use my sample packs.

7. Termination:

This license is effective until terminated. AdieuSounds.com reserves the right to terminate this license at any time if you violate any of these terms.

8. Changes to Terms:

AdieuSounds.com reserves the right to update or modify these terms without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
