why do the previous week's samples disappear?

every friday you will receive a new set of 7-10 exclusive melody loops + bonus samples. each week's samples are ONLY available for current subscribers, so the previous ones will be removed every week.

this is to keep the number of people getting them extremely low, because these samples are meant for major placements and i don't want every producer in the world to have them.

if you're actively subscribed and forget to download one week's samples, email me and i will send them to you (i will check if you had a current subscription on the week you're requesting)

are adieu loops and samples royalty free?

drum one shots, drum loops, synth/instrument one shots, fx, midi, and synth/effects presets are always 100% royalty free for all uses.

project files (FLPs) are for educational use only.

my melody loops, phrases, arps, and accents are 100% royalty free for:

  • beat sales (Beatstars, etc)
  • streams* (Spotify, Apple Music, etc)
  • most sync licensing*

*my melody loops, phrases, arps, and accents are NOT royalty free for:

  • online streams that reach over 2 million plays
  • major label placements (Universal, Sony, Warner, Atlantic, etc)
  • major sync placements (Netflix, Amazon, HBO, major commercials, etc)

any songs that meet the above criteria must be cleared for royalty splits and my name must be credited as a producer and writer on the song.
